What you can do in your Kull Auction Bidder Profile:

FAQ

To register to bid in any auction, you must be 18 years of age.

You will be asked to provide your mailing and shipping address, mobile phone number and valid credit or debit card.

Click the link above and a pop-up window will appear with “Register here” link.

Fill out your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number. Click on the Google Captcha and then the “submit” button.

Our system will automatically send you an email to verify your email address. You must find this email and click on the link to proceed. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your SPAM / JUNK folder.

After receiving your verification email and clicking on the link, you will be guided to the final part of registration. Here you will choose a password (at least 8 characters long and must include 1 special character, 1 number, 1 lowercase character and 1 uppercase character).

*Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.

After all fields are completed, click on the “Terms & Conditions” to view or download/print and sign.

In the upper right hand corner of all auction pages is a “Login/Register” link. Click on the circle and a pop up window will appear asking for your Bidder # or Email and Password.

If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to start the password reset process.

Once logged in, click on the Bidder# in the upper right hand corner and a drop down menu will appear. Click on “View Profile” – find a horizontal menu of options.

In “View Profile” you’ll find the Bids Tab. Here you will find a list of all bids you have ever entered for lots at any auction.

In your “View Profile” page find the Invoice and Payments tab to display a list of all invoices and payments successfully received.

You can upload your Tax Exemption certificate for review from your “View Profile” page under your account. If approved, we will mark your account as tax-exempt in the system and you’ll find this noted on all future invoices.

Simply click the “Bid Now” button on the lot you wish to submit a bid for. When you click on the button, a pop-up window will appear with the required bid amount automatically filled in for you.

Override this amount and enter a higher amount, if desired, to play a Max Bid. Our system will then automatically bid for you based on the increments set forth in the auction up to your Max Bid. The biggest benefit of this function is when two bidders place the same bid amount. The bidder who has placed a Max Bid will win the lot over another; or the bidder who places the highest Max Bid first.

When placing bids a pop-up confirmation appears each and every time. If you’ve placed a Max Bid and another bidder has previously placed a Max Bid on that lot, and your bid did not surpass the other bidders Max Bid, you will see a confirmation that the bid was accepted, but that another bidder has placed an equal or higher bid. In this case you can try to bid on the item again for a higher amount.
